Returns for Refund
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Free from odors, stains, or alterations
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Sale items and final clearance
- Gift cards
- Items returned without authorization

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
Getting Authorization
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Once received and inspected, your replacement item is dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a Damaged Item?
Report within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no extra cost to you.
Wrong Item Sent?
We apologize! Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the wrong item. We’ll ship the correct item immediately and cover all return shipping costs.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery under EU consumer law. To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unauthorized Returns
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. They may be returned to the sender at their expense. Always contact us before shipping anything back.
