Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
US delivery takes 7–14 business days in total (including 1–3 days processing). We ship via USPS or FedEx depending on your location.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.99 on all orders. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 15–20 business days depending on the destination. Check our Shipping Policy page for full regional details.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number on the USPS or FedEx website to follow your shipment in real time.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once the order is in processing we’re unable to modify the address.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order, subject to a 10% processing fee. After this window, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
Product changes are also only possible within 2 hours of your order. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and desired change.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship items back without authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days back to your original payment method.
We cannot accept returns on items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery to [email protected] with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Payment & Security
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout.
Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption (AES-256) to protect all transactions. We never store your full card details on our servers.
International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
